As the system has become more powerful and complex over the years, we make a one-time course of onboarding mandatory for new customers. We additionally provide several optional extra onboarding packages to deep-dive into a particular feature, go over additional questions, or help you get set up with a complex workflow. Group and solo onboarding packages are available.


We’re introducing two implementation plans as well as additional onboarding services for those customers who wish to use them, as visible on the Pricing Page

We’re introducing 3 new implementation plans: Accelerate and Focused are shown on the Core pricing page in all regions.


Please see the Pricing Page for up to date information about what is included in each plan and current pricing. 


Adding onboarding plans to your subscription

The onboarding service is available on the My Subscription page in your DEAR Account. Payment can be made via credit card or bank transfer in the same way as adding an upgrade to your subscription. Once payment has been made, an email with an invoice attached will be sent to the onboarding manager, who will contact the customer for the next steps.The onboarding manager will contact the customer to confirm the date and time of onboarding training.


Invoices for onboarding plans will be stored in the Payment History section of your organisation's My Subscription page.


Partner onboarding

Organisations working with a Cin7 Core Partner are exempt from our mandatory onboarding service. We recommend working with a Partner if you have specific implementation needs regarding 3DL, EDI, Advanced Manufacturing, or connecting via our API. 


Selecting this option makes it mandatory to match with a Cin7 implementation partner and have a Partner Advisor listed in the organization's Cin7 Core account within 14 days from signing up. You can take a look at our partners here or request a match when signing up.

Why are we introducing these plans and paid implementation services?

We know that when customers effectively configure and learn Cin7 Core, they are likely to be successful and satisfied with their move to Core. Many of our customers want expert assistance getting started with their new subscription. Since we are frequently asked for these services, and as the system has become more powerful and complex over the years, we make a one-time course of onboarding mandatory for new customers.  


Are in-person onboarding services available?

No. All of these implementation plans include ONLY remote assistance via Zoom meetings.


Is it possible to buy custom onboarding services?

No. We are only offering the services described in the Pricing Plan page. We additionally provide several optional extra onboarding packages to deep-dive into a particular feature, go over additional questions, or help you get set up with a complex workflow. Group and solo onboarding packages are available.


Are any areas excluded from the onboarding plans?

We do not cover 3DL, EDI, Advanced Manufacturing, or connecting via our API, either in our onboarding packages or in the optional additional onboarding. If you have needs relating to these areas, we recommend connecting to Cin7 Core with one of our implementation partners.
