Customers on Prepayment Terms
Does anyone have customers with prepayment terms that are using the WMS app?
How to you highlight to the warehouse team not to pick an order? or stop it from going to the app?
We do not have room to have many orders picked waiting to be shipped, any ideas how to deal with this?
Using the Sale Quote for these sorts of situations has worked for a few businesses with whom I work. We update the template to call it a Proforma Invoice (which is exactly what it is).
We have had success using using integrated payments systems like Stripe and Authorize.net to receive payment for Sale Quotes (Proforma Invoices).
