This report shows sale price fluctuations for all active products during the selected time period. Price history can be further filtered by location, price tier, year, quarter, month and invoice date.
This report is only available to users with Sales Reporting permissions.

Data from this report can be exported in Excel, PDF or RTF format.
|Reporting Period||Allows the user to select the reporting period from a list of options or set a custom date range. This report is filtered by invoice date.|
|Currency||Allows the user to select the currency to be used in the report.|
|Layout||Set to the Default layout. Allows selection of saved layouts, if any.|
|Save Layout As||Allows saving a layout for potential future use.|
|Reset Layout||Resets the layout to the default layout or selected saved layout.|
Select Apply Filter to set filter fields for the report and Update to refresh the output with any new changes. See Managing DEAR Reports - Filtering Reports for more detailed information about using filters.
The following output fields are available for this report. You may have to open the Configure Layout menu to add some of them to your report.
|Product||The name of the product|
|Unit||Product unit of measure|
|Invoice Date||Date of the invoice when price changed to a new value|
|Year||Year of the price change date|
|Quarter||Quarter of the price change date|
|Month||Month of the price change date|
|Location||Location this sale is dispatched from|
|Product Tags||Comma-separated product tags|
|Family||Product family name|
|Currency||Currency code this quote is created in|
|Price Tier||Name of the price tier the sale is made in|
|Product Additional Attribute 1-10||Values of product additional attributes|
|Price||Price without discount in customer currency specified in the Currency field|
How do we find out the last time we increased a price on a product?
The Sale Price History report shows when a product was sold for a new price (and can show invoice date, invoice month or invoice quarter. There is no other current DEAR feature that shows this information. This can be voted for on our feature request forum, depending on its popularity it will be considered for implementation in a future release.
