Improvements to DEAR POS Register Closure Summary Report - Adding Notes to print out and showing a breakdown of sales

1. Notes are being captured and displayed on-screen when you look up a Register Closure Report but are not printed out. An option should be provided to print this out.

2. Account Sales display a breakdown of each transaction showing what the total amount is compiled of. This is great but it does not show for the other payment types. This would be extremely useful and would avoid having to go to the sales history to perform certain checks.
