This report shows all authorised quotes without an authorised sale order/invoice issued during the specified time interval. Use this report to check the quote status and view quoted item quantities and quote price per product, customer, sales rep and more.
This report is only available to users with Sales Reporting permissions.

Data from this report can be exported in Excel, PDF or RTF format.
|Reporting Period||Allows the user to select the reporting period from a list of options or set a custom date range. This report is filtered by sale quote date.|
|Currency||Allows the user to select the currency to be used in the report.|
|Quote Status||Additional filter that displays All Quotes by default (Authorised, Voided and Draft). Drafts Only and Authorised Only are the other filter options.|
Draft (quotes) returns all rows, except Voided or Authorised quotes.
Authorised Only returns quotes with Authorised status, including Archived authorised quotes.
|Layout||Set to the Default layout. Allows selection of saved layouts, if any.|
|Save Layout As||Allows saving a layout for potential future use.|
|Reset Layout||Resets the layout to the default layout or selected saved layout.|
Select Apply Filter to set filter fields for the report and Update to refresh the output with any new changes. See Managing DEAR Reports - Filtering Reports for more detailed information about using filters.
The following output fields are available for this report. You may have to open the More Fields dropdown menu to add some of them to your report.
|Order #||Sale Order Number identifying the quote|
|Sales Representative||Company sales representative responsible for the quote|
|Product||The name of the product|
|Unit||Unit of measure|
|Date||Issue date of the quote|
|Year||Issue year of the quote|
|Quarter||Quarter of the quote issue date|
|Month||Month of the quote issue date|
|Location||Location from which the sale will be dispatched|
|Product Tags||Comma-separated product tags|
|Family||Product family name|
|Customer Tags||Comma-separated customer tags|
|Currency||Currency code used in the quote|
|Product Additional Attribute 1-10||Values of product additional attributes|
|Customer Additional Attribute 1-10||Values of customer additional attributes|
|Is Archived||Flag for archived quotes (only visible if Quote Approval is enabled in the General Settings)|
|Quote Approval State||Status of the quote approval – Authorised or Draft (only visible if Quote Approval is enabled in the General Settings)|
|Sale||Line total for the product, without tax|
|Total||Line total for the product, including tax|
NOTE: If you have added an Additional Attribute set to your sale process, the attributes will appear as additional report fields.
We would like to see amounts paid in the "Sale Outstanding Quotes Report". Please advise how to do this.
Currently the Sale Outstanding Quotes Report doesn't have the option to add the paid amount column. This can be raised as a feature request in our forum, depending on the popularity we might consider it on our upcoming releases.
For the meantime you can pull export Sale Outstanding Quotes report and Sales Overview Report and combine them in excel so you can check the Paid amount for the orders.
Is it possible to add customer contact information to the Sale Outstanding Quotes report?
Unfortunately it is not possible on this report. You can use additional attributes, however this means re-entering customer contact information in the Additional Attributes tab in customer profile, this can be added then to Outstanding Quote Report as Customer Additional Attribute. This can be raised as a feature request in our forum, depending on the popularity we might consider it on our upcoming releases.
