This report shows pending sale orders. A sale order is classed as pending if the order has been authorised but it does not yet have an authorised pick. Use this report to see item quantities required per customer, per sale order, per sales rep and more.
Data from this report can be exported in Excel, PDF or RTF format.
|Time Period||Allows the user to select the time period from a list of options or set a custom date range.|
|Currency||Allows the user to select the currency to be used in the report.|
|Layout||Set to the Default layout. Allows selection of saved layouts, if any.|
|Save Layout As||Allows saving a layout for potential future use.|
|Reset Layout||Resets the layout to the default layout or selected saved layout.|
Select Apply Filter to set filter fields for the report and Update to refresh the output with any new changes. See Managing DEAR Reports - Filtering Reports for more detailed information about using filters.

|Sales Representative||Company sales representative responsible for the sale|
|Product||The name of the product|
|Unit||Product unit of measure|
|Quantity Required||Ordered quantity|
|Date||Date of the sale order|
|Year||Year of the sale order date|
|Quarter||Quarter of the sale order date|
|Month||Month of the sale order date|
|Location||Location this sale will be dispatched from|
|Product Tags||Comma-separated product tags|
|Family||Product family name|
|Customer Tags||Comma-separated customer tags|
|Currency||Currency code this sale is created in|
|Customer Reference||Customer reference from the sale document header|
|Ship by||Required by date from the sale document header|
|Product Additional Attribute 1-10||Values of product additional attributes|
|Customer Additional Attribute 1-10||Values of customer additional attributes|
|Quantity Required||Total quantity of the product required for the sale order|
NOTE: If you have added an Additional Attribute set to your sale process, the attributes will appear as additional report fields.
